PlayRoam is a Windows app that receives the picture from your PlayStation, at home, over the internet or through a capture card, and makes it better on your PC: sharper with upscaling, smoother with frame generation.

Your console streams compressed video to your PC. PlayRoam decodes it on your GPU, upscales each frame to your monitor's resolution and, when frame generation is on, creates an extra frame between every two that arrive. Your controller input goes back to the console the same way it does with Remote Play.
