How to delete your account

1. Enter your PlayRoam account email below.
2. Open the link we email you. You can use it once, within 30 minutes.
3. Confirm deletion. Your account is deleted right away on the website and in the app.

What we delete

• Your email address, password and Google sign-in link.
• Your website and app sessions, and any pending email links.
• Your access to PlayRoam. We cancel an active subscription at Paddle and end complimentary access.

What we keep

• Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, keeps payment records and invoices as tax law requires. Paddle's own privacy notice applies to those records.
• We keep your subscription history, including plans, dates, status and Paddle reference numbers, for as long as accounting law requires. It is no longer linked to your email.
• Copies remain in our encrypted backups until we overwrite them, within 35 days.
